Ten
weeks of school days have passed since the start of year one semester
two in Industrial Design (ID) course. I had tried putting in the
effort to sleep for at least six hours each school day. It was
successful at times when there were less submissions to hand up, but
a failure when during some weeks whereby there were lots of
deliverables to be handed up. In the ten weeks, taking a break was
not a regular routine because the demands were too much for me not to
be able to afford a proper time of rest, unless I deliberately chose
to rest. For most of the weeks, I was not able to clear my urgent
things-to-do by Sunday because they were time-consuming and quite
difficult to complete. The time spent on Instagram, Facebook and
Tumblr was on average an hour each day in the weeks, but at times I
would exceed because I had the time or I really had to use them as a
means of de-stressing. The biggest and benefiting improvement was
eating a fruit daily. It was not a regular habit at the beginning,
but later as I got more worried about my health state, I slowly
started to eat one each night after I got back home. This has been
more constant nowadays.
